U10 Rugby is a non-contact version of rugby that offers a fun and interactive way for athletes of all levels to learn about and participate in the sport. U10 sessions are on Wednesday's only.

**In the Spring U-10s will have the opportunity to play inter squad games on Saturday mornings as curtain raisers for HS Boys & HS Girls Home Matches this Season with the option of 1-2 travel weekends based on availability.**

Our Co-Ed U12 program competes in a thrilling Rugby Sevens tournament format against teams from Eastern & Western Washington. Rugby Sevens, an Olympic Sport, is fast-paced and exciting to watch. This contact sport introduces student-athletes to safe tackle techniques and teaches them how to manage the contact area safely.

15-a-side rugby, as featured in the Rugby World Cup, is the traditional rugby union format. Our High School Boys team competes in weekly 15's matches, both at home and away, during the Winter/Spring season. We compete in both Eastern and Western Washington.
